WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH IT?

We may collect personal information such as your name, address, ID number, date of birth, phone number, email, bank details, or any other personal information which might be necessary for the establishment of our business relationship.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing of your personal data is necessary for any process related to our firm. Your personal data is collected so as to create a complete frame of your person, your case, and for “KYC” reasons.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN OUR RECORDS?

According to the law, your personal data is not kept in our records for longer than necessary. Therefore, your personal data is deleted after the completion of the process. In the case of any other pending or starting procedures, your personal data will not be kept in our records without obtaining your consent.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will never share your personal data with anyone. The only exception is when it is necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which the business relationship was established. Your personal information may be shared with governmental organizations or any other organizations, courts, etc. only if it is necessary.

Moreover, if it is required, we may share your information with government / regulatory law enforcement agencies or other third parties, provided that our duty is based on national or European law. Furthermore, the members of our law firm who have access to your personal data are required to follow the rules of confidentiality, security, and protection of your personal and confidential data, as it is set out in this statement.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Access: enables you to request access and receive information about the personal data we maintain for you.

Request for Correction: enables you to request to correct, add or fill any information in regard to the data that we maintain for you.

Limitation on the processing of your personal data: enables you to request your personal data to be used only for specific reasons.

Objection on the processing of Personal Data: enables you to have an objection to the processing of your personal data.

Data Portability: enables you to request to receive a copy of the personal data we process for you for each calendar year, without extra charge. For any additional copies, we may charge a reasonable amount based on our administrative fees.

Deletion: this enables you to request the deletion of all or some information from your personal data.

We will try to respond to your queries as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your request. If we are not able to respond to you within the aforementioned period, we will contact you in order to explain to you the reason for the delay.
