According to the law, your personal data is not kept in our records for longer than necessary. Therefore, your personal data is deleted after the completion of the process. In the case of any other pending or starting procedures, your personal data will not be kept in our records without obtaining your consent.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will never share your personal data with anyone. The only exception is when it is necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which the business relationship was established. Request for Correction: enables you to request to correct, add or fill any information in regard to the data that we maintain for you.
Limitation on the processing of your personal data: enables you to request your personal data to be used only for specific reasons.
Objection on the processing of Personal Data: enables you to have an objection to the processing of your personal data.
Data Portability: enables you to request to receive a copy of the personal data we process for you for each calendar year, without extra charge. For any additional copies, we may charge a reasonable amount based on our administrative fees.
Deletion: this enables you to request the deletion of all or some information from your personal data.
